Apple Releases watchOS 6 With Dedicated App Store, New Watch Faces, Noise Monitoring App and More

I got the same when I was looking to update my phone. I refreshed and about 2 secs later got the "update available" so perhaps the same for the watch. Update: just saw it on my watch too so refreshing like a mad woman. Second update: just started downloading.

The forums are a better place to get news than the front pages. Haha. Never would have guessed that lol.
I have more respect for posts after something occurs and is factual instead of putting it out first. Or maybe even say coming today and out the release notes and then publish updated, it’s now out kinda like they did the beta posts.
This was just not posted very accurately.

Finally! After getting the "Unable to Check for Update" message, it showed up.

Updating the iPhone did not make a difference, watchOS 6 was still not available but it is now, 690 MB for Apple Watch 4.

Yes, it happened to me. I placed my watch on the charger and put in my security code, then I was able to check for updates again.

It’s available to download now in the UK and I’m on iOS 13.1 PB.

For me this will be like getting a new Watch as I have the S4 and it will almost be identical to the S5.

I keep checking but I must be mad.
I was one of the unlucky ones who had my Series 4 bricked by one of the watchos 5 updates.
Had a complete drama with Apple to get it replaced. It was extremely stressful and the worst service I have ever had from Apple.
Why am I checking?😂
