Has anyone ran into the issue that "Unlock with Apple Watch" on MacOS (13.2) no longer functions properly? I remember this happening some years ago, and I think that I actually had to erase the watch and restore it to make it work again ... (hope that that is not the case again). Tried the "disable, restart Mac, re-enable, etc., route to no avail.

The only improvement I've noticed is the ability to put Date in the middle of the modular face. They previously took it away and only allowed the date shown in a tiny font about the time.

My Watch is working to unlock (and prompt for Passwords & stuff) on my M1 MBP but, but has stopped working for my 2018 Intel Mac mini.

I've had no issues with my Watch working with either Macs up until watchOS 9.3. Both Macs are on macOS 13.2

Charged and updated the watch to 9.3 last night; by 10am the low battery warning showed that I had 10% battery life remaining! Only 3 hours?! I have cycled power and am recharging; we shall see if the problem persists.

Charging my Watch has still been hit or miss. Sometimes I can set it on the charger and it starts and sometimes it looks like it’s going to charge but then never does.

I’m seeing issues with fast charging no longer working on the Apple Watch Ultra.

I can confirm that the iMessages are NOT synched between phone and watch.. Of course if you have iMessage enabled in iCloud they will synch like always.

This was tested using a watch on 9.3 and a phone on 16.2 so maybe if both are on the newest releases it might synch.. Will update my post after updating my phone

Correction.
iMessages if enabled and signed in on your Apple devices WILL sync (bi-directional) from Watch to iPad or iPhone - IF 'Mirror my iPhone' in Watch Settings > iMessage is enabled.

Text, SMS/MMS do NOT sync either way. you delete on Mac/iPhone/iPad will NOT delete on Watch. Nor vice versa. haven't in now 7yrs.
