no WiFi issues fix?

Since iOS 12.1.1, it's very noticeable how WiFi is not consistent. I've made speedtests and gotten 20mb on my iPhone X and then 100mb on older iPhone 6 with iOS (earlier). Multiple tests, in many different days, same results. When you "forget network" on iPhone X (iOS 12.1.2), it fixes the problem temporarlily.

Argh!
It’s the feature update.

I know this is a small thing. It when I turn on my flashlight on my iPhone 6 it can take up to 10 seconds before I see light. Weird.
[doublepost=1548199929][/doublepost]That's weird. My verify failed the first time. Hit try again and then it went thru.

Watch out for the new Watch update (pun intended).

When you update the watch OS, you will lose Shazam. You can’t even use Hey Siri on the watch. Siri will tell you to use your phone.

Not a cool move Apple. Not at all happy about this.

Hope it fixes my random phone freezes. It has not happened a lot but it does occur. Just updated now time to test.

My iPhone 7 is terrible slow after 12.1.3 upgrade..

I feel like Apple doesn’t really test their updates. Within 2 minutes I’ve discovered that the Messages photos bug is NOT fixed on my iPad Pro 11” when using the Messages app in SlideOver form. It works in Split Screen or regular full-size app, though.

Oy.
Ridiculous...My iPhone 7 is terrible slow after 12.1.3 upgrade..

Selfie beauty gate fixed, yes, or not ?
I believe there was something to address camera processing effects a few updates ago.

I wonder why sometimes they are that specific for minor bugs. I was under the impression that most of the time, these updates fix much more of those bugs (hence multiple Mbs of update), but I'm not sure anymore...
There are usually more fixes/changes. Not really sure how they pick what to call out, but usually there's at least somewhat more than that in the updates.

Updated my iPhone XS and last year's iPad Pro...now "Hey Siri" won't work on either of them. The Siri screen pops up but disappears after maybe one second with no response to commands. I tried the "Hey Siri" - pause - (waiting for the beep....no beep that she's listening) then the command, and I've tried it like a normal sentence without any verbal pause in the command. Anyone else having issues?

I was just joking. Kind of.

They released an update once that allowed heart rate notifications on the original watch. Then they released an update to “fix” it - removing the feature.

RE: new battery cases for 2018 iPhones. So...I can tell there is sarcasm here, but what IS the status of the Xs battery case working on the X? Ive been thinking about getting one for my X, but still reading mixed messages on it working or not. DO I pull the trigger or not?

During the update, I got a black screen on an XS. Nothing seems to make it respond, what else can I do other than charge it/press up, down, and power?

I picked up one yesterday for my X. It works great.

When I got it, it was at 0% and CarPlay didn’t work. Once I got home, I charged it and tried it again. It worked fine. I have no idea if this was because it was at 0% or because it was an X.

They need to fix the crappy wi-fi, its better than before but its a pain in the ass to reopen Youtube everytime I'm watching a good video.

Did you get it working yet?

Ha, was going to post the same thing. Don't know how this went un-noticed in QA.

Edit: still not fixed, while it doesn't take you back to the top like it did before, images aren't loading properly.Typical Apple QA. SMH

Is your phone low on memory? Has been happening to me for years whenever mine is low on memory.

No, I see the issue even after a reboot. It's also weird in that the placeholders shows up, but if I scroll past them and back up the images are loaded. That's the case for most images, though some refuse to pop up at all. The image is still there as I can click it to see it in full screen, but the preview is borked.

Didn't fix the System memory problem on my X. System uses 45GB to 65 GB. Apple acknowledged the problem last week and told me to watch for updates. But this one didn't help. And I've rebooted twice.

My phone takes a lot of space too for no reason. It just increases by itself and I am unable to do anything about it.

Mine doesn't seem to grow much; it changes. I went through two rounds with chat support. The first time (around the end of the year) they told me to completely wipe the phone and reinstall the apps from scratch. No restoring. Didn't help and it was a lot of work. Weeks later I realized my phone was slow and apps were crashing too often; so I chatted support again and this time after getting bumped to someone they said it was a known issue and to install any updates. I posted something on their feedback page.

The way I discovered the problem was I had a broken screen replaced and the technician said my phone was slow and he checked the memory. He said it should be 5GB to 10GB. Unfortunately I didn't note how much memory the System was using after reinstalling all the apps; but it took a couple of days on and off to get everything back up.

I'm having problems with my 5G and 2.4Ghz wifi connection where with a certain frequency it gets frozen. I have to put the iPhone in airplane mode and then take it out.
I made the update via itnues and already reset all the settings of the device and still the problem continues.

iOS 12.1.3
