No, I was serious. I did like Mojave very much. Catalina was super buggy at first but the last few releases seemed to have ironed out the bugs. Big Sur is still a mess. I could deal with design inconsistencies, but I cannot deal with frame drops. Everything stutters. Mission control, opening folders from the dock, switching spaces... it's all laggy. And this is with fresh installs on a M1 Mac Mini and a 2015 MBP. It reminds me of iOS 11 all over again.I'm assuming this is a rhetorical question. It seems the further one moves away from Mojave the greater the instability and unreliability of OS X. I don't expect Monterey to buck that trend.
I was hoping Apple would address this with Monterey.
