Sup guys.. im experiencing a big problem with the apple remote and my imac , my ipod HI-FI and my apple TV. All of them are in my living room and everytime i use it for apple tv, or for my ipod hi-fi or for my imac , i control all of them. I have 3 apple remotes, how can i use one for each one ?

or if anyone know a good way to work this out, ill be very thankfull.

Pair them with the devices. I have my MPB paired with one, so I don't control it with my Harmony or an un-paired Apple Remote.

The :apple:tv has on-screen instructions. Or, go to Apple Support Knowledge Base to look up how-to's.

i know how to pair with the apple tv, i did, but when i was selecting a movie to watch , my ipod HI-FI turned on to. so how this work ? and u know how to pair with the ipod-hi ??

Every Apple product pairs the same way. Just make sure they're not in the same vicinity when you pair them though or else it won't work.
