1. Intentionally makes things up because he knows there’s enough people in the world who want to believe it.

Not everyone can decide for themselves whether they will be attacked for their colour of skin based on tensions being enflamed by a third party. The Libertarian in me is struggling with this.

1. Apple owns iTunes. It's their product. They have every natural right to a Walled Garden of iTunes, much like they have every natural right to a Walled Garden of the App Store. This is what makes both great, in allowing content while keeping out bad actors, something Google's Play store struggles with. If they want to ban Alex Jones, Alex Jones is banned. He has no protection under the law in a private market.
2. However, Apple's iTunes is the dominant area for podcast curation and discovery. It is not as dominant as it once was, but think about all the podcasts that get ignored by this policy. Since Apple is a large market, does that inherently make it public? Or does it, by its sheer size and market force, make it high profile enough to extend public speech protections, such as your right to speech in a Wal-Mart? Wal-Mart is in all fifty states and all cities in those states. Does Wal-Mart reserve the right to deny Alex Jones the right to shop for groceries?
3. Is Apple going to actively listen to every podcast and be judge, jury, and executioner on each and every one? Because taking down podcasts willy-nilly every time there is an emotional kerfuffle is not a policy, it is merely bending to the rabble's incoherent screaming to get them to shut up.
4. This doesn't shut him down. He will still have his advertisers and you can download podcast apps that allow you to stream from unlisted sources. You're not shutting him up. He's still on YouTube for now, until the fascist Left and fascist Right show up with their pitchforks. He still has a radio show airing on FM and AM. He still has a website, or are you going to take away his right to a website, too?
5. This willy nilly policy is schizophrenic and ignorant of the rule of law. In some legal circles, this combined with Facebook's move would be colluson and conspiracy in an Oligopoly or Cartel. Apple and Facebook need a better policy than sniping someone whenever the rabble rousing Right or Left comes around with pitchforks. Eventually, we'll all be stuck listening to Dan Carlin or NPR and that gets stale after a while.
6. I don't listen to Alex Jones; however, he is an American with a Right to Free Speech. There are some loony leftists who still believe we need to overthrow the US government and install a Communist government. Why do they keep their shows and Facebook pages? Is it because everyone knows America would never allow Communism and they aren't taken seriously? I am trying to gauge why Alex Jones gets banned but Black Lives Matter or Antifa can keep theirs? All of these groups have at one time been involved in violent protests with damage to property and lives. You say you're fair and balanced, but it's only Alex Jones who is being silenced.
7. Also, what about all of these #MeToo people? Men who abused women and keep their podcasts? Does Harvey Weinstein's podcast, if he has one, get deleted? What about Matt Lauer? What about the former Attorney General of New York State? They have abused women, we must be equal here. What about Al Franken? Does he keep his audiobooks? He molested a sleeping woman! The man is a monster. Does Roy Moore get to keep his?

Apple claims it has clear guidelines for hate speech. OK, then they should document the particular statements they are claiming constitute hate speech by this show. Nebulous claims of hate speech are not enough. Hate speech is a serious charger and should be supported with evidence. Absent that this looks like a purely political move. If Apple wants to play that kind of politics then I may not be inclined to give them my money.
