Matched 3000 out of 7000 songs. Not horrible but not great either. I hope whatever they're doing improves, since I don't listen too all that much oddball stuff.

This is driving me insane.. I've been trying to get iTunes Match to work for the past few hours, but iTunes keeps crashing once it tries to move on to step 2. I've tried following the stuff above and even updating to the newest version of 10.7.2 to no avail.
Crash report : Process: iTunes [260]
Path: /Applications/iTunes.app/Contents/MacOS/iTunes
Identifier: com.apple.iTunes
Version: 10.5 (10.5b118)
Build Info: iTunes-10509918~1
Code Type: X86-64 (Native)
Parent Process: launchd [128]

Date/Time: 2011-09-11 18:34:20.412 -0700
OS Version: Mac OS X 10.7.2 (11C55)
Report Version: 9

Crashed Thread: 26

Exception Type: EXC_CRASH (SIGABRT)
Exception Codes: 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000

Application Specific Information:
objc[260]: garbage collection is OFF
*** error for object 0x7fe58280c6d0: pointer being freed was not allocated

I'm having the same exact issue. Searching the developer forums turns up nothing. I would suspect it's a permissions issue, but I've repaired them many times with no change. I'm unable to update genius either and get the same crash. I even went through the trouble of exporting my library and rebuilding it. Sigh...

I'm also getting this exact same crash. I've done a complete clean and reinstall of iTunes 10.5 (beta 9). This even happens if I create a brand new empty library.

It also crashes when I just attempt to enable Genius.

I created a bug report with Apple a week and a half ago but there has been no progress so far.
