It’s actually true. While Samsung makes very nice flagship phones they make great budget phones that sell much better.
Maybe if you put them together, but Samsung’s top seller has consistently been their top of the line “normal” (non-folding) model. Currently, S24 Ultra.

And that sums up my knowledge of Samsung phones.

A lot of people say this. What do you think people are doing when they say they want cheaper oil for their car? How about when they go to Walmart for jeans that are made cheaply so they can save money? Not everyone can afford or wants to pay for the absolute highest quality product.
Ostensibly down to their employer not paying them enough to live, enough to buy things of quality.

Unfortunately, it’s not economically possible for every job position to pay enough so employees can have luxury cars and a mansion. No system has figured this out yet at least. Until that happens, we’re going to have non-pro models of iPhones and more affordable products of everything to suit everyone’s needs. There’s always going to be lesser quality versions of everything so they’re more affordable.

This is not the same as defective products or products that don’t meet a set quality standard. In the case of this Apple supply issue the product didn’t meet the standard that was set. My point is the standard is rarely set at the highest possible.
