They can't even put a decent speaker in a $3,000 Mac Pro. Who gives a rat's *** about this?

And why would they even put one in? The Mac Pro is designed to be expanded from it's current state. You are obviously not using it correctly if you are using the stock speakers.

Never say never. It will never have a chance to get made with an attitude like that. That's one difference between Apple and, ohh I don't know, Samsung for instance. Steve believed it could be done even when it technically wasn't. But he kept pushing and what do you know some one thinks up some solutions and suddenly it gets done. All the while others are still twiddling their thumbs thinking it wasn't. Get my point? First step is to believe it can be done. Then try to get there. Your right technically of course, but thinking it will defeat the idea before it has a chance. The iPhone has all that tech, isn't that much bigger. The badge idea is closer than we might expect; unless we don't try.

As i posted before, why would you even need Siri ON the actual device. It is clear from looking at Apple's product line that it is positioning the nano as a complimentary device to it's main mobile iOS devices - the iPhone and iPod Touch.

Pairing bluetooth with Siri audio streaming to the main iOS device would easily solve the problem of putting heavy duty hardware onto such a small footprint.

Install Bluetooth 4.0 on the iPod Nano and

Boom! you have:

  • Wireless Headphone Capability
  • Bluetooth Data Streaminig Capablity (Siri, Communications like Alarms, Notifications, Calendar, Reminder
  • =An Awesome, Cheap, (Slightly) Disposable Quick input, complimentary device to your iPhone or iPod Touch
