Apple probably should have bought Wacom when they { apple } introduced the first iPad.

Being able to fire up PS or Painter etc on your tablet { fully featured } would be a game changer. Now they will have to try and avoid all the patents Wacom have created over the years.

Wacom do have the cintiqs themselves so I wonder if they have ever considered building a tablet? You would have to wonder if they have.......If they { wacom } fully teamed up with Samsung then Apple might be in some trouble.

Funny how everyone talked trash about the galaxy note because it had a stylus. Now that apple wants to implement one everyone is all that would be great.

Fast forward to the following posts...

"Lots of phones and devices had styli but it was Apple that made it popular"

"Apple didn't copy Samsung and others. The newton had a stylus WAY before the Note"

"Steve jobs didn't say Apple would never make a stylus. Just like he never said they would NEVER make a screen larger than 3.5". He just said it wasn't optimal. Apple did their research back then. Anyway - that was before the iPad 7!"

And so on...

The newton came out in 1993. The GRiDPad came out in 1989.
