You have laws that handle a situation… that never gets reported because no one is watching for it. You’re saying that in your country, in your company, (your company that you said deals with sensitive data) that there’s no one on staff tasked with protecting the transmission and use of that sensitive data? Not even with dealing with the data of folks from GDPR nations?Firstly I was not speaking about my company, that is very obvious, and secondly no, your living in a dream world if you truly believe your second comment. That may be the case in your country, but elsewhere we have laws that handle it, no internal secret spy team required to spy on staff of small businesses.
Like I said, sounds like a data breach waiting to happen.
EDIT: Which, I guess, is why American companies, like Tesco, hires folks like Keith Garnish as their head of Corporate Investigations.
