If it is a retail thing Apple is likely introducing this into all the retail stores:

Introducing in 2010 the Whine Room. The Whine Room is a completely insulated room* in every Apple Retail Location where upset fans of Apple can come and let out all their grief and frustration. It is sound proof so nobody outside the room can hear you, and it is padded, with all colors of iPhone 4 Bumpers, so you should not be able to hurt yourself while visiting the Whine Room.

The Whine Room also includes the first-of-its-kind "Tear Trough" the tear trough will be like a lazy river of tears running through the Whine Room to collect any tears for Apple Fans who are having reception issues with their iPhone 4, waiting on a Mac Pro line upgrade, or waiting for a Built-in Blu-Ray player.

Availability of the Whine Room is scheduled to begin rolling out in the United States in Q4 2010, with the first international Whine Room set for Shanghai in Q1 2011.

* Note: Because the Whine Room is insulated it is possible you will get less than optimum reception on your iPhone inside the room.

This is not going to be a product offering in the sense we know of, like when they release new phones, iPods, minis, macs, etc, etc. This is something retail specific.

My guess is they will be giving massages while you wait in line for a "genius". This will help you get in to the right frame of mind when the genius rebuffs your claims. Then you can tell all your friends you got a massage down at the ole apple store. When they ask you if you got a happy ending, you can say no, but I sure got f'd.

it's gonna be the iWatch, with link up via BT to your iP4, which can also take calls so you no longer need to hold the phone, problem sorted, thanks steve! :p

Wasn't there a rumor awhile back that the retail stores would start using beefed up iPod touches to process orders? They were encased in some thicker plastic and had a credit card scanner... This is probably what's coming.

They were using iPod Touches back in April (my first visit to an Apple store). Recently though, they've been using beefed up iPads as well.
