Jane Goodall never called for reducing humanity to 450 million people: that’s a distortion. At the 2020 World Economic Forum she said many global problems wouldn’t exist if the population were the size it was 500 years ago: a hypothetical, not a goal. She advocates voluntary solutions like education and family planning, not “depopulation.”
