apple homepod coasters could be been bought. That's like saying thee is no need to sell coasters.

Apple does things which seem good, but your asking for trouble if you place anything on a shaky table. Don't use technology to justify your reasons, because it doesn't work in the long term.

It's not a ringed rubber bottom. It's flat. Also super light compared to the big boys.
