For anyone who has installed iOS 13 over your iOS 12, did your Maps bookmarks/favorites carry over into the new format and interface? I have tons saved and it makes me a bit anxious, as none of my iOS 13 devices (SE, X, iPad mini) have any of them, even though I installed iOS 13 right on top of my previous install.
Yes everything carried over

Is the mail sync issue only for Exchange server, or does it affect iCloud and IMAP accounts as well?
I would say exchange only. It’s the only account giving me fits

They carried over to Collections, into “My Places”. I didn’t have many of them though.

I haven’t seen the red badge notification since the last update. Continues to be missing still. I’m assuming that’s “by design” or something, considering there’s an option for automatic updates. Which don’t seem to automatically update...

Speaking of the Red Badge Number notifications, my Mail App is back to showing that I have new emails, and then never connects when opened. Awesome.

Not sure what the mail issues are that you are referring to but I have 11 email accounts setup in my mail app and all work perfectly. I have exchange, gmail, yahoo, bluehost, icloud, and inbox accounts all setup without issues.
I’ve got my iCloud account, 3 Gmail accounts, an Outlook.com account, Yahoo, and an another IMAP account, and Mail is still a hot mess for me. None of my inboxes or any other folders are updating right now.

I just discovered something! when you're viewing the message, try swiping to right/left. I noticed they hid shortcuts there, instead of the dedicated "move to" buttons that used to line the bottom of the email messages.
Also tapping the arrow brings up all the other options and not just ‘reply’ options.

My iCloud settings were all set right and a reboot didn’t fix it. I was able to correct the “No Sender / No Subject” issue by removing all of my Mail accounts and also turning off my iCloud mail, then deleted the Mail app, rebooted, reinstalled the Mail app, and added back each account manually. What I had initially tried on the prior beta was just deleting the Mail app, rebooting, and then installed it again from the App Store, and then went back into settings and enabled all of my Mail accounts again. Removing them and adding them all back manually was my fix. Updated my files bug, too, letting them know.

I’m still not seeing any options to move an email to a folder from within the email. The only way I can move an email to a folder is by swiping and choosing Move from the list of emails in the Inbox. Also still missing the “Delete All” option in Trash after selecting Edit. I’m having to hit Edit, then Select All, and THEN delete. And even then it doesn’t always delete all of said emails. And this is after adding my accounts back just now.

Hey

As well as swiping left or right on the email, you can tap the arrow on the bottom right. This gives you all the options and not just ‘reply’ options. :)

Y E S This is exactly what I’m needing! If only they’d add the Shortcuts app stuff to that section. Seems like it might be better to have the reply/forward icon changed to a share sheet style icon instead.. would be way easier to find these things.

Interesting little visual bug I found.
You can see the clock bleed through the volume indicator during video playback.
Yes, I submitted it to Apple.

You do realize anytime you update iOS/iPad OS there is a period of time where the system has to rebuild databases/caches. Messages will be "blank" until this is done.
Several days later and messages is still coming up empty. Seems to be fine in full screen, but the glitch occurs with slide over. Methinks your “rebuild databases/caches” assessment is incorrect!

And yes, I’ve sent feedback.

Has anybody got an encrypted USB-C drive working in iOS 13 in the Files app?

All my portable drives are APFS encrypted since because they’re portable there’s a potential of accidentally leaving them somewhere and I wouldn’t want my data to be accessed simply by plugging in a drive someone found. So far, in every beta that I’ve tried, the USB-C drives never show up at all, let alone give me a password prompt. Do even unencrypted drives work? I don’t have one to try.

Yes, mine have all been working flawlessly.

Glad to see that Mail is working great in iOS 13.1 beta1- nah, just kidding. Folders not updating. Notification badge shows more new emails than what’s actually there.. still a hot mess.

Yes, because of the business I am in I have to use encryption, so yes I can verify that it does work.

None of my encrypted APFS drives are detected by iOS 13 beta. According to Apple itself, only unencrypted USB drives are supported in iOS 13 so I'd love to know what format you're using.
