Hopefully this fixes the egregious animation when opening multitasking and the screen bounces up and down. And also the lag of the primary background fading out in multitasking with certain apps. Unless that's meant to be there.

Looks to have fixed the signal problem I was seeing with my 7+ on EE, dropping to 3g in weak 4g areas. Hopefully will also have fixed dropping to Edge in weak 3g areas. (compared to my 6S+ with the same SIM)

Cannot install it on my jet black 7 plus. It says my software is already up to date. Tried removing my iOS beta profile and adding it again. And I still cannot get it to update.

Are you referring to the little bunny hop that happens when opening the app switcher? I don't think that's coming in this update.

The reason it happens is probably a side effect of Apple now allowing us to effectively cancel opening an app by pressing the home button.

Yes that's what I mean, it wasn't there in the beta prior to last though. At least for me

And I should clarify, it only happens when opening multitasking while in an app, not from home screen.

The last beta is usually pretty big. Maybe it removes some kind of debug information? So the differential update is somewhat a complete update.

Pretty sure it's more or less a clean install of the software, versus an incremental/delta update/change that the betas usually include.

So to me, this signifies the next release would be final, and arrive by next Tuesday/Wednesday, if not sooner.

The 4th beta was 14B72 according to my iPad. after I downloaded this update on my iPhone, it's 14B72c. So I guess this was an iPhone only update since the build number remained the same with only a revision letter at the end...

Yeah same here. It's the bunny hop. A short blurb in the Anandtech 7 review talked about this. This issue may be a bug caused by iOS finally providing a clean way to reverse animations.

Sometimes it's a bunny hop. Other times it's more like a full gallop.

I hope this iOS update at least provides a virtual headphone jack...

No, it includes an update to allow it to be plugged into your middle finger and the audio transmits through your body. It's new Apple technology. The reason the middle finger has to be used is unknown at this point as apple won't reveal it... LOL

7 Plus still has dam animation problem, what is the dam point in this beta

As Chris Pirillo has said in his recent rants/videos, if Apple don't perceive this as a problem then they won't "fix it".

I don't think this kind of thing is Apple's priority or focus anymore.
