The multi user support for education is huge. I wouldn't be surprised if it gets announced at WWDC for all iPad owners. If they figured out a way to do it for education it can't be that difficult to for everyone.

My guess is Apple will have a spring event highlighting 9.3 with a new phone announcement and maybe new Watches/Macs too.

The Download of the full 2.43GB ISPW from the Developer Center took less than a Minute. The OTA update is still downloading since about an hour. o_O

I can't seem to get the WatchOS profile to install to my mac. it says my UDID is in use?

EDIT: NEVERMIND

"Night Shift uses your iOS device’s clock and geolocation to determine when it’s sunset in your location."
And this feature will be available only for USA at the beginning....

Nope. The region-specific 9.3 features are News (as before) and Health app recommendations. There's no reason Night Shift would be limited to the US.

Haven't installed a beta in a while, though this isn't a public beta.. I would probably install if they make it one. There's some nice features added!

I'm just looking for some small bug fixes, although night shift seems cool. My biggest bug fix is when the screen locks. I have it set to two minutes, but sometimes it just turns off in less than a minute. That's it. Nothing major. It's just an annoyance.

I've got a sneaking suspicion that that might be related to iOS 9's power management features. I know it gets pretty aggressive in locking the device when you are below 10% battery. You can toggle power management in Settings

Aside from the lock time changing to 30 seconds when Low Power Mode is used, I believe in iOS 9 (intentionally or not) things have changed when it comes to locking when you are not in an app--basically when you are in an app then the lock time is what you set it to, but when you are just on the home screen or a folder then it happens in half the time that you set it to (probably to save some power).

New 3D Touch shortcut, night mode screen shots. h/t 9to5Mac
