It was never available in Software update so it could not have been pulled. We must download it from developer website using macOSDeveloperBetaAccessUtility. So you're right.
I downloaded it from Software Update :)

To be clear: for a period yesterday the beta was available via standard Software Update download for anyone enrolled in the Developer beta program. Some time later it was removed from Software Update, and can now only be downloaded from the Developer site.

I believe Safari 14.2 started with STP 122.

Cant wait to try it out. Safari 11.0 has been crap for me. Its performance regressed so much, while Chrome and Firefox improved a lot to the point Chrome is now better on Mac.

How can I trust on a software update, when they launch a beta while they haven’t yet launched the users one immediate next? This don’t talk very well about Big Sur 11.3.

Dint be silly. Those two versions are on different development schedules... That’s an absolutely normal thing in software development. If you don’t do things in parallel, you’ll never get anything done.

I'm thinking that the additional AMD support in Beta 1 also revised the drivers for old AMD Radeon R9 M395X 4 GB which I use. Watching whether it's kicks up fans playing 4K videos in Safari or some games.

The full installer for 11.4 beta 1 is available now, but not for 11.3 RC1:

Sorry this might be a really dumb question. What did you use to pull that catalog up like that? Can you download installers directly from it? That looks super helpful!
It's an MDS beta.

Yes you can use it to download betas but I prefer to download it via the software update preference pane after installing the Beta Access Utility from the developer portal.

On the other hand, it can be useful for downloading full installers for builds of older systems.

For new betas it is useful to show the product IDs of the betas that match the build numbers.

These product IDs are subsequently useful when you search a catalog - then you know exactly what you are looking at, instead of guessing. I used to guess using the release dates. But Product ID search is much more accurate.

Its a small thing, but the new Hello wallpaper that came out this week, doesn't work on this new beta.

Thanks for the info! Thats super helpful! (side note super strange there isn't a 11.3 RC full download) I contacted developer support lol their response "its up there I just check the download page." ugh... Thanks again!

Can someone start console stream and take a look if the "Failed to write key xxxxxxxxxx to SMC with error code 86" error is fixed?

Where within macOS can you find the driver information? Or is this within an app?
You can see this is the About this Mac -> System Report -> Software -> Extensions (or start the System Information app). For example AMDRadeonX6000HWServices has version 4.5.9 with Kext Version: 4.0.5 or
Get Info String: AMDRadeonX6000HWServices 4.5.9 23215
