On the other hand, making a very limited 128GB model is just a way of advertising a lower than expected price for its macs, while in the real world, people end up paying 200$ more in order to have a decent minimum storage of 256GB. It's all marketing. And I doubt Apple will ditch that 128GB model.
@TrenttonY @opeter I wish base MacBook Pros would begin at 256GB of minimum storage in the future, just like you wish it too. But Apple priority is not to satisfy its customers needs, but rather make the most profit from the machines. And the useless 128GB model plays a key role to make people think MacBook Pros are affordable.
