Stop worrying about Universal Control! Let's focus on bugs and stability.
I am not hearing any more reports of this. At least nothing substantiated.I am mostly just hoping for memory leak fixes. Especially in Safari.
Then you aren't looking close enough or your usage is very basic.I cannot see any issues with macOS 12.1. Works fine.
I wish should not be that difficult given the Apple eco structureLets see if this has UC. If so, we're in for a long beta period until March.

+1Those are developer release notes. They contain stuff like API changes, not end-user features.
I'm happy to forget about it if I have to look closer than I am.Then you aren't looking close enough or your usage is very basic.
Ignorance is bliss. ?I'm happy to forget about it if I have to look closer than I am.
Or perhaps you’re looking too hard? Then you aren't looking close enough or your usage is very basic.
As an engineer, there's no such thing.Or perhaps you’re looking too hard?
That’s nice. But end users don’t need to be engineers to use the devices. If they don’t see things, that’s just fine. And it doesn’t mean they aren’t serious users. As an engineer, there's no such thing.
I have not installed 12.2 as apple has not described the new features of the version, I am just saying that until they are published I am not going to install 12.2. with which I read the news and they say nothing, it is too early to evaluate the new version.Or perhaps you’re looking too hard?
Safari is unusable on 12.1, I havent tried on 12.2 but its been unusable since Monterey was released. the CPU sits over 100% and the memory consumption grows and grows until the computer comes to a grinding halt. Ive switched to using the technology preview which doesnt have this issue, so maybe if they upgrade safari the issue will be gone?I am not hearing any more reports of this. At least nothing substantiated.
I've not experienced this whatsoever.Safari is unusable on 12.1, I havent tried on 12.2 but its been unusable since Monterey was released. the CPU sits over 100% and the memory consumption grows and grows until the computer comes to a grinding halt. Ive switched to using the technology preview which doesnt have this issue, so maybe if they upgrade safari the issue will be gone?
That’s not unreasonable.I have not installed 12.2 as apple has not described the new features of the version, I am just saying that until they are published I am not going to install 12.2. with which I read the news and they say nothing, it is too early to evaluate the new version.
Honestly, what we need is a massive bug fix.
