There is the Watch remote app that functions like the Siri remote for ATV4+ (and 3). Just pulled it up as I was reading the thead. It’s built-in IIRC.

That’s the iTunes Remote App. There’s no Siri. I can’t turn the ATV on with that. Ain’t nobody got time for that!
I want to press a Siri button and say, “play songs by”...or whatever. I love the watch, but I can’t believe it doesn’t do that yet.

What they’re referring to is the ability to delete a message on the iPhone and it delete on the watch as well. This would require iCloud message syncing, but right now if you delete something from the phone it remains on the watch

Oh!

I was confused.

I thought everyone was talking about dismissing the notification of the message not syncing. Not deleting the message itself. Nevermind. I agree it would be nice to have perfect message syncing across all iMessage capable devices.

Hope they don’t mess with the battery code. I forgot to put my Series 0 on the charger last night when I went to bed. After 24 hours of not being on a charger, during which it was worn by me for 17, the battery was still at a surprising 48%.

Except, I have follow the steps by disabling the auto audio app and it still does the same thing.
Do you mean you see now playing after you start your workout? I mean, you raise your wrist during running or walking, Apple Watch shows music app instead of workout app or watch face. Is that correct?

I can turn my aTV 4 and 4k on with the Apple Watch remote app. I can also put them to sleep from the Apple Watch remote app. The app is fully functional minus volume control and Siri button, so they don't really need a new App, just add the Siri button to the current app.

Negative.
Whenever I use the workout app, the now playing is also launched in the background.
It will keep popping up in the background no matter how many times I close it out, as long as I am in the workout app.

What if you don’t play any music? In my side, if I don’t play any music before starting workout, it does not play the music on its own.
Also, if you can set your “workout playlist” to none, that might help. But regarding launching now playing app, I am afraid that is how Apple designs workout and think that is what workout should be.

That is extra app running in the background draining battery and against the user's will.:(
I don't play any music on my phone or watch when I do the workout because the kind of workout involves plenty of music already.:)

Is anyone else having issues with heart rate data not syncing?

I don’t know if this is a software or hardware issue. They aren’t syncing even when I’m asleep where I’m not moving too much to turn off the heart rate sensor.
