Apple today seeded the first betas of new iOS and iPadOS 14.4 updates to developers for testing purposes, two days after releasing the iOS 14.3 update that brought support for Apple Fitness+, AirPods Max, ProRAW for iPhone 12 models, and more.

iOS and iPadOS 14.4 can be downloaded through the Apple Developer Center or over the air after the proper profile has been installed on an iPhone or iPad.

We don't yet know what's included in the iOS 14.4 update, but it likely focuses on bug fixes and performance improvements that weren't able to be included in the iOS 14.3 release. As an 14.x update, it could also introduce new features and functionality.

Once we've downloaded the update and discovered what's new, we'll update this article.

It would be nice if they could focus some engineering resources on fixing the horrible iCloud Tabs syncing issue. Doesn't seem to be related to iOS or macOS, but a backend issue with iCloud.
It would be nice if they could focus on iCloud syncing in general. iCloud Drive syncing is the worst of any similar product in existence. It can take minutes, hours, or even longer for one file to get around to syncing. Even Microsoft One Drive is better at syncing. iCloud Reminders are terrible at syncing too. I have a lot of devices and Reminders show up everywhere. Marking it complete in one place has about a 60% chance of it disappearing from all other devices in any reasonable amount of time.

I don’t know where the update would be included, but I don’t care lol. Fitness+ needs to work with AirPlay TVs and devices.

How Apple managed to hype up Fitness+ for this long while simultaneously rolling out Apple TV and Airplay to all these devices, only for everyone to find out it doesn’t work on their TVs on release date is a major error on their part!

It HAS to be able to work on TVs and devices with AirPlay, how did they not know that??
