I hate warm screens as well, but I'm surprised that its not widely known that this can be changed in the settings.

Go To:
Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> Display Accommodations -> Color Filters

Turn on "Color Filters"
Select "Color Tint"

Mess with the "Hue" slider until you get the desired look.

Here's a shot of my settings.

This is widely known, and also widely known it’s not a fix for those that have the issue, it’s a workaround at best. But TBH if that particular setting makes your screen look better, then you were very unlucky in the screen lottery.

Thank goodness! I can't tell you the number of times...

Boy, seeing those colored pencils makes my heart warm. Closer towards the good design aspects of iOS6, and one step further away from all the nondescript flat design silliness we've had to endure the past 5 years.

I hope this will fix the LTE issues!

THIS! Since getting my XS on the 16th, I've had to contact Apple Support for the first time ever due to the LTE issues. They had me log things last night, after doing the factory restore bs.

My iPad Air 2 still works fine on LTE. My 6S never had connectivity problems. Verizon Wireless did the defective device exchange, just in case. Still have the same issues on LTE.

I don’t think Apple is headed toward a rainbow of colors, if that is what you are hoping for.

and for those 2 other people on Sprint that happen to be in the VoLTE launch areas using an X class device will have the carrier bundle 34.5.5 pushed to them and the VoLTE toggle will appear.

Ps and because their is a God and he/she has a sense of humor I have let my Developer membership lapse.....

Wait...VOLTE launches with this update on Sprint? I’m in a launch area. Tell me this is true!

What about single tap speaker for a phone call. Who was the brilliant person who thought of transferring calls to Apple Watch was a good idea over convenience of a single tap speaker.

Now that Apple has gotten that important Emjoi update how they can focus on less important things like bug fixes etc.

Seems like that's back to working as it did before in iOS 12.1. However now there are people who are wondering why they can't easily select to transfer calls to their watch or iPad like they could before.

say I add a Memoji while I’m chatting;

Add a WHAT?!?! people now have to add cartoons and effects when FT'ing? Oy Vey...

“FaceTime features a reworked bottom bar that includes quick access buttons for muting a call and flipping the camera.”

THANK GOODNESS!!!

Wonder why they couldn't add this with the 5+ betas on 12.1, to get it out with 12.1 final......seeing how so many people complained about it

I don't have an Apple watch, but if my laptop is on it does the same thing - wanting to transfer to the laptop speaker. Now they've fixed the flip-camera button in FaceTime, I can focus on being irritated by this instead :)

Hasn't this been addressed in iOS 12.1 already based on various reports from people saying it's back to how it used to be (prior to iOS 12)?

I'm sure I had it pop up with the three options when I last used it. To test, I have just made a call and pressed the "audio" icon; the three options popped up. The last one is my Macbook.

Since I updated to 12.1.1 my Safari Bookmarks and favourites have disappeared! Not major I guess, but a little irritating! This happened to anyone else?

I am wondering about the LTE issue. I have not heard about it any where other than this website. I have not had any issues with my iPhone Xs Max on Verizon. After the update on Tuesday it just got better.

I'm contemplating trying this beta software out. Particularly if Apple won't deliver on correcting these issues some of us have endured.

My experience with the connectivity woes of my XS these first two weeks of ownership, has made me wonder why I bothered "upgrading" from my 6S.
