I'm mostly annoyed by Apple ignoring basic things like the size of Finder windows not being remembered, or the Image Capture app not being well-maintained. It also doesn't remember the window size. I have to resize it every darn time I open it!

And then backwards movement in other areas. For example, you used to be able to drag-and-copy keychain items from the 'login' keychain into the 'iCloud' keychain, but that no longer works. Super frustrating.

As someone who’s relatively new to Mac, the folders window not remembering it’s size was frustrating and I wasn’t sure if it was me not doing something right?

Also, I have a 5K iMac and it seems the default window size is driven more to a MacBook with a much smaller display. In fact most of macOS seems to be designed around a 14-16 inch display.

The save to PDF problem is still there as I reported in beta 3. After startup, if I try to save to pdf from any application, it works as expected. However, if I wait a while, do other things, and then try to save a file to pdf, sooner or later save to pdf stops working and I have to force quit the app. This is also the case with importing an audio file to Music; everything is fine for a while (I haven't yet been able to determine how long), but then basic features of the OS such as those I mentioned stop working. There is no problem printing a file on my printer, but when it comes to saving to pdf, when I select the option in the print dialog, I get the spinning beachball, have to shut down, wait a minute or so, and then start up again everything seems fine...until I try again, after which basic OS features cause me to have to do it all over again. I have to shut down, wait, and start up; a simple restart from the Apple menu doesn't suffice. Maddening!

...external display flickering that seems to plague lots of 3rd party monitors on Apple Silicon that never had issues on Intel machines.
Any display brands in particular that you are aware of having flickering issues? I will soon be switching a setup with three 4K Viewsonic monitors to ASi.

Sounds RAM-related, and IMO newer OS versions will be liking more RAM.

Even though the public beta came out at the same time as developer betas this time, the full installers were not available yesterday - only an ipsw for Ventura - and ota updates for Ventura, Monterey and Big Sur.

A more usual thing is public betas come out the next day as well as the full installers.

But now the full installers are available for

Ventura 13.3 beta 4 build 22E5246b

Monterey 12.6.4 beta 4 build 21G521

Big Sur 11.7.5 beta 4 build 20G1220

If you want to locate and download the InstallAssistant.pkg files, you can use these Product IDs:

Ventura 13.3 beta 4 build 22E5246b - Product ID 032-63661

Monterey 12.6.4 beta 4 build 21G521 - Product ID 032-62011

Big Sur 11.7.5 beta 4 build 20G1220 - Product ID 032-61999

Can confirm, definitely yes. Too soon.
You're basing this on really nothing but assuming that all your old software has updates to make it compatible with a year old MacOS release. I understand you want minimal risk but the first Ventura 13.3 was released in October. This is 6 months later. Some of the graphics such as Metal3 vs Metal 2 shows much improvement for graphics. So I would trying this well in advance on a couple of Macs to size up a newer MacOS not waiting a year to be surprised as IT deployment.
