*couldn't?Apple AI does not work on Intel Macs. So I could care less.
Try doing a hard reset, pressing volume up, down and holding power until you see the apple logo. That fixed it for me.Testing for brevity does this still function can I use it
same and even tried turning off and back on.
I had to do a hard restart on the screen directly after this one. I got a pinwheel on clicking Summarize All Notification Previews, then after a few minutes it went to a WELCOME TO MAC screen that just had a X and Continue, and it wouldn't respond to any clicks.

Well at least I'm not the only one.@jeffjank33 I have the same issue. Sometimes I get the message that personalized files cannot be downloaded and after I will I get the messages you mentioned. I always I am asked for my password twice. Apple support said the usual things like try recovery mode and if you have tried everything for yourself then we are maybe gonna help you ...
So folks that are experiencing this.. try booting into Safe Mode, then terminal and use sudo softwareupdate --all --installWell at least I'm not the only one.
Turn off, reboot, turn back on. This got it back on mine.Definitely noticed Apple Intelligence doesn’t work on iPhone now but works fine on my iPad
Didn't work. Hung up at 60% downloaded then froze and nothing happened. Waited an hour, no go. There is something very wrong about this beta. I have turned off any beta downloads in the system settings and will wait until issues another beta.So folks that are experiencing this.. try booting into Safe Mode, then terminal and use sudo softwareupdate --all --install
