I still wouldn't call the beta 4 implementation "Liquid" glass. It's nowhere close to the initial design, which was impressive, yet unreadable at times. Beta 4 glass is still "meh".

What phone do you have? I haven’t had any issue with my watch app at all since beta one on 16 Pro Max
appears to have been further updates done to the messages app too. everything feels a lot more “liquid”.
Yes, if I’m lucky I’m on an official release for 24/48 hours and then jump onto the next beta.
Ive got a 15PM , didnt open for me on beta 2 , fixed on beta 3 , wanna make sure no more issues
I had this issue since iPadOS 17.x. iPad Pro 12,9 2018.

It's interesting for sure. Seems the Max got a much smaller update than the 16 Pro. iOS 26, like a woman's heart, is an ocean of secrets....
Seems to be very liquid in dark mode especially. So glad. Honestly I could do without the moving highlights on things though. I’d rather they just fix the parallax effect :/
I wonder if the update size is larger if you have Apple Intelligence enabled? Maybe it downloads a complete refresh of that each time?
We have no evidence changes in betas are based on social media/rumor site message board postings.
