The change in font however subtle, softens the weirdness that the thin Nue font gave it. Now it feels and looks really high end and polished.

iOS 9 should really be called iOS 8.5
iOS 9 is very substantial upgrade for iPad. And Proactive could eventually shape up to be huge.

And it does bring many under the hood improvements (e.g., battery life, performance, size decrease) that breaks and replaces many of iOS 8 underpinnings.

For those with the Public Beta Profile installed who want Developer Beta 4 (assuming apple doesn't make a new beta available for the public users), here's how to opt out of the Public Beta to get Beta 4:

-Settings > General > Profiles
-Delete the iOS 9 Public Beta Profile
-Reboot your device
-Settings > General > Software Update > Download and Install
