Is there a certain point when the BETA is passable for everyday use. I downloaded the BETA software for the last release, but I don't remember at what point I downloaded it. Are most apps updated?

LOL. So after 3 attempts I finally realized you have to use Safari to download the profile. I buried that app a long time ago.

I'd love to try out the beta, but since I have AW I would have to use the beta on the watch too. The phone I can downgrade, can't do that with the watch. :(

Nike Run Club stopped working until I upgraded to the AW 7 beta. The watch beta has been great, had a fair number of problems with iOS 14 so far.

I'm wondering if this fixes the uploading not working to a shared folder on iCloud over my hotspot data. Worked for previous betas.
I submitted feedback to Apple.

where is macOS Big Sur Beta 5?
Go ask in the MacOS Beta thread.

Hi! I have installed the ios14 public beta 4 on my iPhone XS Max, but I don’t have the siri new interface animation, neither on public beta 5. Is this new interface only available on dev beta?? Or must i do something to turn it on?? The rest is working fine with no important bugs!!
The new interface is on both releases.

Is the Airpods issue fixed when receiving calls and you have to change to speaker then back to airpods to get sound on them?

It’s fixed. I had the opposite issue. I could answer fine when calls came in, but I had complete silence when I initiated a call. I’d have to make the call without the AirPod in and then once the caller picked up I could put the AirPod in my ear. Thankfully that seems to be fixed now.

I've been running the PB on my iPad Pro, but have worried that using it as a daily on my iPhone (11 Pro Max) would entail too many apps not working. Although I've had a few issues with my iPad, including an initial AirPod Pro issue that Apple was interested in enough to get immediate attention, it's been fine for my everyday work use. One of my kids is running the PB on his X and he hasn't had any significant issues. Should I take the plunge, or stay safe and simply wait...

I see no reason not to, so long as you know how to revert back to iOS 13, if needed.

Every new update, Mac Rumors says "AirPods Pro gain a new spatial audio feature for surround sound complete with dynamic head tracking" yet it's never there. At least I can't find anywhere that turns that on or off.

Is Apple ever going to put that in for us to test?

The only app I've had an issue with that I use daily was Wizards Unite -- crashes at opening. All my financial apps work fine. Of course, your mileage may vary.

AirPods fixed, Widgets fixed, keyboard fixed. Now instagram posts black stories, but that could get fixed with an app update
