It's amazing how there can be a new video for each update, where there really isn't anything new or interesting to say!ohhh ZOOLLOOOOO TECH looks like your working today buddy......

It's having long videos for x.x.x. releases and such that seem kinda redundant. I like his style and he's very engaging, but most of his videos are full of filler and repetitive content. As you said, I choose to watch the videos of his that are worth watching. He has it’s basic style for all of the videos. Basic capturing of these updates.
To say that there isn’t anything new is not true. There is this new feature for Airdrop and some significant bugfixes. If it’s necessary to watch a 13 min video about it, it’s up to everyone’s own opinion.
You are a free person, no one treats you to watch all of his videos.
Yes, new ringtones are there. Are all the new ringtones there? I haven’t upgraded from 17.0.3 because I don’t want to lose the new ringtones.
I'm wondering whether the changes to AM in 17.1 require a rebuild of the library, which may be what happened in this case.At some point everything populated after maybe 4-5 minutes, but initially there was nothing. Artists were still listed but wasn’t able to select any of them. The Albums section was blank. Songs was blank. I messaged my wife (still on 17.0.something) and she said everything was fine. That’s when I noticed things were “fine” on my end. Very scary!
Does 17.1 bring back the original notification sound? The new one is too damn quiet!
How was battery life on your watch beofre 10.1? I'm iphone 15 pro and watch and i've gone from getting well past midnight on watch battery to completely flat by 8-830pm. Its crazy. I've unpaired watch twice but still terrible.watch 10.1 successfully installed! now 17.1 for 15 pro max.

When will collaborative playlists be available?
Apple today seeded the release candidate versions of iOS 17.1 and iPadOS 17.1 to developers and public beta testers for testing purposes, with the betas coming one week after Apple released the third betas of iOS 17.1 and iPadOS 17.1.

Registered developers are able to opt into the betas by opening up the Settings app, going to the Software Update section, tapping on the "Beta Updates" option, and toggling on the iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 Developer Beta. An Apple ID associated with a developer account is required to download and install the beta. Public beta testers will need to follow the same steps after opting in to the beta through Apple's public beta testing website.
iOS 17.1 adds the option to favorite songs, albums, playlists, artists, and more, with favorited content added to the Library and used for suggestions. Favoriting can be done from the Lock Screen using the Now Playing widget, plus when starting a playlist, you'll now see Song Suggestions.
AirDrop transfers can be finished over the internet so close proximity does not need to be maintained, and an Apple Watch running watchOS 10.1 can now use NameDrop with an iPhone running iOS 17.1. On the iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17.1 ensures you won't activate the Camera or Flashlight in your pocket.
Other new features include a flashlight indicator in the Dynamic Island for non iPhone 15 Pro models, and a Wallet feature that lets U.S. Discover card users and those in the UK connect their banks to see balances and transactions. Apple's release notes for the update are below:
On the iPad, the update also adds support for the new USB-C Apple Pencil.
More information on some of the unmentioned features in iOS 17.1 can be found in our available in our iOS 17.1 features article.

You need to nuke your home setup and start from scratch unfortunately. It's been the case for many.I hope they fix some stuff in Home app. Two of my Wemo switches started bugging out after I updated to iOS 17. Had to reset them. And now no matter what I try, they won't re-add.
Only apple guys know this exactly. When will collaborative playlists be available?
