Dammit! No more taking screenshots in Snapchat.

Nope, it means the opposite. That's left over from one of the previous betas, it means you can now take screenshots in Snapchat because taking a screenshot doesn't cancel your touch anymore like it used to, which is how Snapchat figured out you were taking a screenshot.

No it does not! It simply installs it and restarts your phone. No restoring, no losing any data.

You can finally fine tune iTunes Radio stations, including deleting play more like this sections and editing the order they appear in rather than only based chronologically.

Also there's a bubbled text box selection effect when you tap to fill in text on safari.

Is the receiving calls glitch fixed? Beta 3 had a glitch where when you pick up calls it had 2 versions of the call with 1 on hold and the other active, but no sound coming.
