Few questions...

When restoring your iPhone or iOS Device, do you guys get an option of downloading the iWork suite, iPhoto and iMovie for free. I.e Can people with older iPhones set up their iPhone as a new one and download iWork for free?

What happens when iOS 7 is released to the public next week? If this is the same one, does one still have to upgrade on Sept 18th?

I'll know in a few, mines almost done updating.

If the same version is released on the 18th (no reason it won't be barring any major major issues) you won't need to do anything.

GM should be the same as next week's release. Over the years it has been the exact same file :)

I can't answer you're question, but I'll just chip in and say my interpretation was that it was for the new 5C and 5S iPhones only.

Getting a 4027 error and trying to install from my work computer ... is this because I installed the beta from another computer?

Even though the latest beta was much better than the ones that preceded it, I'm still kind of surprised that there wasn't another one before GM. Beta 6 still had quite a few bugs. I don't remember the last betas for prior releases having so many. I'm not getting anything OTA either, but if I remember right don't you have to restore to GM or something? Time to go make a backup as iCloud backup is 1. Slow and 2. Ran out of space for me

Every morning on my lock screen: Not enough space on iCloud for backup BLAH BLAH BLAH.

"iPhoto, iMovie, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers are free on the App Store for qualifying iOS 7 compatible devices activated after September 1, 2013"

directly from the apple store, hope that helps, so no they dont like they are free for current devices unless you have recently purchased.

Do we need the iTunes beta to install this? Getting an error trying to restore my iPhone.

I'm most interested to see what progress they have made on the iPad version. The beta builds were pretty bad. Hopefully they've made quantum leaps.

Installing now.

Thanks guys.

What i was wondering is if you do a restore of your current iPhone and reactivate it, will you be able to download the iWork suite and all? Because it's been activated as a new phone after Sept 1st.

I'm trying to find a loop hole.

sooo what about those of us on windows...just got the 11.1 itunes message and no beta for windows :(

Where does the GM land on the font?

Did they stay with the latest or revert to the lighter type?
