Honestly the only thing I want is for Leopard to start up and shut down as fast as Tiger did. It is still much faster than Windows but not near where Tiger was. And what's with 3 different shades of the blue screens at start up???

I notice the exact same thing....weird

I hope it makes repairing permissions A LOT faster! It was much faster in Tiger. Pretty annoying bug.

not going to happen, as repairing permissions is completely different in Leopard.

the only thing not working correctly while repairing permissions is the indicator saying "less than a minute..."

http://www.apple.com/dotmac/backtomymac.html

Wherever you go. There’s your Mac.
Back to My Mac puts any remote Leopard-based Mac you use within easy reach. .Mac finds your Mac computers over the Internet and displays them in the Leopard Finder on the Mac you’re using. So you can connect from anywhere with just a click.

Hahahaha. "mac! how did you get here!" nice copy and paste, took the words right out of :apple:'s website. I laugh.

I want 10.5.3 with me nowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww heheheh! Hopefully it will speed up things in everyones system! BTW! Hopefully it will give us all the "Safari feels snappy" feeling as well!!!

Hmmm

Aperture photos in Front Row
That annoying desktop photo selection bug
iChat video and audio chats with AIM 6.whateveritisnow users
Oh and the annoying Preview samples in ultrabeat bug (although that may require a Logic update)

Those would make me very happy

It's annoying as hell especially since the interface is so different from other apps, ie. you cannot just multitask to the desktop if you have a problem, you need to hardboot!

How about hitting control+option+escape? That normally takes me out of Front Row if it crashes.

Yup, I get this too. And it seems to hold up the whole booting process...

MBP Freezing

I hope this fixes the random freezing I have been experiencing lately along with a lot of other users. It appears it has something to do with the backlit keyboard.

Please Apple fix this.

if this doesnt fix the Time Machine bug where Exposé & Dashboard keyboard & mouse shortcuts are cleared after deleting or restoring a file in Time Machine ill punch the internet in the face.
Ah, that is it what deleted the shortcuts.

Shades of grey

>And what's with 3 different shades of the blue screens at start up???

I'd rather have 3 shades of blue screens at startup than one shade of bluescreen 0.3 seconds before I can save my document/spreadsheet/email

:D

Wouldn't it be nice if FR played movies with subtitles without the screen going black?

And another thing: with the last EFI update, Safari in my imac now keeps stable without using 100% of my cpu. But there was no update to my 2.16 MB, and safari at 100% is pretty annoying because the fan starts making a lot of noise, my legs will burn and the battery will go down fast as hell, leaving me with firefox beta as my main browser!

Please fix it apple!

Wait are you saying permission's repair will always be slow in leopard?....elaborate

The Spaces bezel would be better if it was just the box and not the arrow. The arrow is confusing and unnecessary.

Really hoping for:

(1) Back To My Mac to actually work across different routers.
(2) Time Machine to stop the Kernal Panics.
(3) PRINT SELECTION! - This is just ridiculous that it isn't in Macs yet. And the third party solution stopped working with Leopard.
