There are known knowns; there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns – the ones we don't know we don't know.

But at least we know that there unknowns that we don't know :p

Lion

Did anyone noticed that most of the new features included in Lion are from the Windows world?!

you do know it has an August 2011 release date?

Steve mentioned late Summer last year.

And some how it will get pushed passed August and reach into late September, if not later.

People will find Apple either pushing it back to November to include more features they want in the initial release, or release in September and a .1 release in November, if all issues for a FCS fall in place.

I threw the Next summer retort out to silence the brats who keep demanding it now.

Thanks Neil, your nova specials are awesome.

Because, as much as a lot of people on this forum would probably hate to admit.

There are lots of ideas on Windows that are good ones.

You'll have to wait for OS X Cougar for 'Restore this item' in the trashcan though ;)
Plus it will network with young Operating Systems really well.

What, like the put back option?

Really? My friend who uses a Mac, is always complaining he has to drag things out the Trash Can manually,

Curse his lies!

LMAO Mac has had Put Back in the trash context menu since 10.6. It did not exist in Leopard though...perhaps your friend is still on that?

Want to know as well! Got an MBA, wouldn't mind some TRIM a couple of months before Lion release!

Agreed. Soon as I get TRIM I am looking to upgrade the desktop, either drive replace or machine replace, but not until.
