I am a Public Beta tester and I always notice it’s says 9th beta but when I go to download it says 8th beta. Reasoning? Just curiuous

Cheers

Is this new? I don’t recall the health app looking like this on the previous builds. I may be wrong though

I don't normally look at the individual steps like this, preferring to see several parameters as Favorites / Activity, but it does look different to me. I like this layout as I can more easily see when I've walked more, compared to the minute by minute view shown previously (which I hated and was effectively pointless).

How much data was this build? My iPhone 7+ just went right into verifying the update
On my 6 Plus it’s 38.3MB.

In other words, the correct way.
Except that it was a reference to the American holiday which is spelled without the “u.”

There won't be any. Why would they add features at the very, very end with no time to test them and make changes if needed ?

Soooo....
How are you digging that new iOS 11 mobile payments via text that they demonstrated in the keynote, prior to releasing the 9 betas so far? Big feature, for sure! Have you been testing it??

Oh, and the iPhone handling of the status bar being split by a display notch. I love the new implementation!

Is this similar to iMessage backup/sync to iCloud ? Plans can change....

That's an entirely different scenario. People with iPhone 7 and older devices, iPods, and iPads are not testing this.

So, you think even final build will NOT support ApplePay via text?
Bold prediction. I disagree.

Is this the first time there are nine betas of a new iOS?
I remember there where less in the past.
