Apple Seeds Second Beta of iOS 10.1 to Developers

Is anyone else having terrible keyboard problems? No matter if I'm in email, iMessages, or safari, the keyboard locks up and I have to close out the app and start over only to have it happen again shortly thereafter. Anyone else experiencing this? I'm on 10.1 public beta.

Do you have any custom keyboards installed? Remove them temporarily to see if one of them may be culprit.

Restarted, reset, etc. iPhone 6.

iPhone 6 doesn't support raise to wake.
