I’m waiting for Mattel or Fisher-Price to buy Apple. In the future, you’ll have to buy your iPhone at Toys-R-Us.

Have you considered quitting your job, doing something that can raise money for charity, and then donating it all? Sounds dumb, doesn't it?

You obviously have trouble comprehending posts here. However i am not inclined to help you.

I also have started a couple of outreach programs that gave me nothing financially and did require substancial time,

So making assumptions and not comprehending posts, now that sounds dumb. Wouldn’t you say?

PS: FYI i am not interested in continuing this dialog since it is an utter waste of time. Reply at will but don’t expect a response.

Cheerio.

That is very easy to say on an internet forum. Apple does plenty to support charities, asking their artists to paint pictures and sell them off is nonsense.

There's also an updated camera icon under Restrictions, a new animation when tapping the status bar to scroll upwards, and a faster unlock animation.
You feel the need to include pictures of the ****ing emojis but you couldn't at least also provide a video or something to show these other legitimate changes? I miss the good old days of Apple updates...

Spez: I probably sound way more legitimately angry than I actually am. Just annoyed, ftr.

It’s been a day. Let’s move away from the emoji comments. We get it, most of the people here are not fans of little pictures. Now tell us, has beta 2 fixed any problems? Battery any better? For me beta 1 was better than 11.0.2, now doubting going to beta 2 yet. But it seems this forum has become something akin to C3po...you think you know why he is there...but he always just ends up complaining the whole time and gets his body parts lost all over the place
[doublepost=1507673370][/doublepost]So maybe I should take it upon myself to be the voice of reason and get beta 2 and post real updates...in only emojis...:D

30 posts. Or mention the word emoji in a single post more than five times. :D
If I mention emoji more than 5 times, won’t the emoji haters in here just call me an emoji troll? I mean I like emojis and all, but using too many emojis can get exhausting o_O

So please share your inside information - how much time, publicity and resources does Apple put into emojis?

Enough to turn animoji into a major selling point for the iPhone X.

I'll try to make this simple:

If you want to complain, complain directly to the Unicode Consortium about how they should stop adding new emoji to the Unicode character set, and/or complain directly to MacRumors (not on page 5 of the comments, but write directly to the site's owners, their email addresses are at the bottom of the site's front page) about how much coverage they give to new emoji added to Apple's OS's. Complaining about it on page 5 of the comments here only makes you feel good.

And if you want to find excuses to dish out a passive aggressive monologue, start your own blog instead of dissecting a comment on page 5 of a public forum. Or stick to the point I’m making please. Because going into the effort of writing all of the above couldn’t have felt too bad for you either.

Okay after about a day’s use I can confirm that the public beta release is horrendous in terms of battery life.

Happy to get 3D Touch app switcher back, but I was hoping they’d fix the battery life. I get it that it’s a beta, but the public release was equally bad

What is your agenda?

Point out when people are wrong on the internet.

Instead of feeding dozens of emoji artists, Apple could hire more software engineers, right?

They have easily over six hundred job positions open for software engineers. Not all iOS, but still. They’re trying to hire right now.
