Weird. I'm seriously not seeing it look any different than in portrait mode on my 6S Plus. Not calling you a liar or anything like that, I'm just not seeing on my end. Either I'm blind or lucky lol

Nah trust me, you would definitely notice if it was happening like it is for me. I was always one too who didn't believe anyone who saw lag on the 6s with iOS 9, I got one at the initial release and did a fresh install of iOS 9.0.2 and even on that version I never saw lag. Wasn't until about a month later someone had me try the 3D Touch on the home screen app icon in landscape mode, and with and without reduce transparency it clearly went to sub 15 FPS, where any other function (portrait 3D Touch on home screen, control center, notifications, app switcher, etc) had zero drop.

Installed it. Still a lagfest. Not that I was expecting anything else.

iOS 9 still feels beta to me.
Which is why I am running the latest iOS 9 betas. It doesn't feel any worse to me, as iOS 9 is still pretty bad.

I still can't believe they haven't yet fixed the graphic problem with Voice dictation and quick reply to messages. A lower portion of the text field disappears, along with the send button. Been that way since it was introduced in iOS 8. Ridiculous.

Hows it running guys ? :)

Darn I was hoping Beta 2 would get slightly better been hearing bad stuff about Beta 1 so been holding off on gettin it :/

Verizon Wi-Fi calling please?

That's a carrier feature and up to Verizon to support which clearly they aren't in any rush. VZW late ( last ) to the party lol

I just want them to fix the super annoying quick reply bug that happens on the lockscreen. A weird outlined keyboard appears and the only way to get rid of it is reboot.
You don't need to reboot. Just tap on any text field. For example pull down spotlight and the outline will be replaced by an actual keyboard.

I want to see this lag of landscape 3D Touch in 60FPS it's not that I don't believe you I am just genuinely curious about it.

One of the things that annoys me is whenever I dictate by voice the spelling comes out fine but it ends the statement I said to it with the first letter of the first word I said. It's weird. I haven't seen anyone else complain about that though. I <<<< (example of what I'm talking about)

Not every iphone has this issue though. Mine does not for example.
LoL, just tried it on my 6S Plus for the first time. 5fps max!

Edit: Dfq!? Tried it again, now it's gone. o_O

Edit2: Wake up in landscape -> no lag. Wake up in portrait and rotate to landscape -> lag.

Seriously, it is ridiculous. I have the 6s Plus, and even WITH reduce transparency on there is a very very noticeable lag when in landscape mode and using 3D Touch on the home screen.
I have absolutely no lag in either position. And I have 100's of apps. I think you have a problem with your iPhone and should talk to an apple genius. Perhaps a replacement is needed. Good luck.

Not every pair of eyes notice it though. Mine do not for example.
Corrected...

Sorry, reality of the matter... There's a difference between not seeing an issue and an issue not being there. There is NOT anything wrong with not seeing it but I don't think the same hardware running the same software is going to produce very differing results. Of course, there could be corrupted backups, different settings, etc, but the issue is seemingly wide spread enough that I highly doubt that the issue exists only on some devices.

Please somebody just show a video of the phone doing this (60FPS) because I am genuinely curious about the issue I don't have a 6S Plus of my own to test the issue on.

It's either you're blind or your reflex is not very good. Do you happen to play sports, video games or drive a car? Or do you live in a big city and rely on public transportation, because that can be a little bit scary in your situation. I don't know the lag on landscape mode exist because I hardly use 3D Touch at all. After reading this forum and tried it right away it's very obvious. It may not bother me at all but I can confirm the issue does exist. This is certainly a bug and I don't understand why there's a difference between this two modes. So maybe the landscape mode uses more GPU?

Not a fan of all the little bugs Apple keeps leaving everywhere.
