Developers can download the ‌‌macOS Big Sur‌‌ 11.2 beta using the Software Update mechanism in System Preferences after installing the proper profile from the Apple Developer Center.

It's not yet clear what's included in macOS Big Sur 11.2, and no new features were discovered in the first beta. It likely includes performance improvements, security updates, and fixes for bugs that weren't able to be addressed in the release version of ‌‌macOS Big Sur‌‌.

Since the beta2 update I can't wake my Mac once I put it to sleep. Need to restart entirely.

The only improvement I've observed so far: Across my three Macs, two iPads and iPhone, iCloud Tabs in Big Sur 11.0, 11.1 and iOS 14.3 are so unreliable for me that they are nonfunctional.

With macOS Big Sur 11.2 Public Beta installed, iCloud Tabs are working properly!

I think it's possibly been a back-end issue they've been having (as they occasionally seem to have with things like iCloud Tabs). Mine haven't been working for months, then out of the blue, everything started working properly today.

I'm not on any of the betas (for a change), still on Big Sur 11.1, iOS/iPad OS 14.3, hence why I think it's been a back-end issue rather than something they've fixed in the betas.

I've same issue, this update resolve this issue for me with my home assistant.
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015).
Thank you for replying. After waiting over 2 years , (2018 mini) I look forward to 11.2 release. Too many times I have had to re-enter my admin password on my Bt keyboard, due to what appears to be cut outs. Hopefully, this also fixes the AirPods Pro disconnect after 5 minutes on the M1 as well.

This is very minor and very long-standing in OS, but I wish they would fix the fact that when you quit and restart Mail, your column positions reset to some kind of default. I adjust my columns (Column Layout) just how I like them for my window-size, and if I have to quit and restart Mail (or reboot my MBA), they revert to their original spacing. Grrrr....
