I had exact problem, 280GB safari after a while /using AdguardIn the first beta, was Safari chewing up memory (resulting in running out of system memory) for anyone else? Hoping this update fixes that but thinking I probably need to disable my ad blocking extensions until things are stable. Assuming those are the culprit since I haven't seen others talk about Safari issues.

Had the same issue, and also with safari. Solved it by removing all fonts in ~/Library/Fontsrebooted, same problem
rebooted into Safe Boot, same problem
Neither will MS Outlook open
no problem with IOS Tahoe Beta 2darn

yeah took me a while to understend the logic, at first I thought it is the tabs whcih are not reload with the stripe,It is actually counterintuitive as the one with the black border ...one would think is the selected one ..... but nope.
