Apple Seeds Second Beta of Upcoming tvOS 13 Update

I’m finding the box won’t wake up when using Siri remote.... literally have to unplug power cord and replug it in order to turn the Apple TV on. I have 2 tv4k boxes, both on the latest beta and both showing this behaviour. Anyone else?
