I'm a bit unsure about this function. If it is possible to accidentally do this (I have accidentally turned off the watch when I was carrying things and had a strange wrist position), I hope it can be switched off. But maybe 6 seconds is long enough.
Believe me, it screams at you and you can not not notice it ;-)

Anyone know if this fixes the activity issues some of us have? I can't use workouts at all because they don't seem to count as activity. 30 minutes on the treadmill with an average heart rate over 170 doesn't count as exercise for a guy over 40 according to Apple...

Same problem here. Girlfriends watch, 38mm, updated without any problems. My, 42mm, watch cannot find the update. Tried to update with her phone, that didn't work. Tried rebooting, reinstalling the profile, nothing worked. Anybody got any suggestions?

If someone can figure out that..... lmk

I truly hope the answer isnt unpair and repair but lmk if someone does and it works lol

Anyone figure out the trick to this? My watch still says it's up to date with Beta 1, and I do have the beta config profile loaded.

I've found my error for the update problem. My watch had the iOS profile and not the watch profile. So I downloaded the watch profile from here:
http://miroir4.trackr.fr/download.p...hOS_3_beta_Configuration_Profile.mobileconfig
That's the right profile.

Update: downloading now!

So I guess you have 2013 or new Mac for auto unlock to work?

Edit: I tried this on 2012 MacBook Pro Retina

Well, I just remembered, that I don't remember the answers to my security questions... Apple Support it is.

having issues getting the watch to update at first, had to leave it plugged in for about 5 minutes then it just starting updating. Was above 50% when I first attempted. Installing now though, hope it goes smoothly all the way through. The watch beta was having many more issues than the phone beta

Whoa, didn't know! I guess waiting till the official update it is then! :D

It's not to say you'll definitely have an awful experience, and up in that situation. But that disclaimer does desire some thought before making the jump.

But from beta 1 to beta 2 is a big performance bump for me. And apps seem to open faster than os2, even though they're not even updated for it yet!

I mean last year's betas were ****ing horrendous and destroyed the watch pretty much. This year's beta 1 is easily like last year's beta 5. But Beta 2 already feels super smooth in comparison.

Thank you! I looked at mine and it also said "iOS Beta Profile". Downloading the one from the link it now says "watchOS Beta". It's pretty stupid that Apple allows the wrong profile to install on the wrong OS.

Activity watch faces still seem to suck the life out of the battery. Are other people seeing the same?
