While I agree it would be nice to have sorted, I wouldn’t suggest I know how hard it is as I have no experience of developing enterprise-level operating systems to run on millions of varied devices.
 
Sounds like 15.1 is the release that most people who haven’t updated to iOS 15, should update to. Obviously, there are less bugs and just seems more stable than iOS 15.0.
 
Hopefully they fix the CarPlay issue with the iPhone 13 Pro Max. It worked fine on my iPhone 11 Pro on iOS 15, but CarPlay keeps crashing when using the music and podcast apps since I started using my new phone.

The betas (both the watch and the phone) fixed my unlock by watch. It didn't work when I only had the 15.1 new beta installed, but once the new watch beta installed on my watch, it fixed it.

I agree. Just wish the fix was pushed out first since they broke a useful feature I'm sure most users with an Apple Watch are using considering the need for using a mask.

Messed up on my 13 pro (regular) too. Don’t remember it happening on my 12 pro… hate listening to the radio on the way to and from work…

Completely agree. Wouldn't be so bad if I could just bluetooth the music and still use the navigation thru carplay... but that's not a thing unfortunately.
 
Notifications are broken on my 13Pro even after a rest with 15B1. Gonna restore via ipsw with B2 just to see
 
Can anyone on T Mobile confirm that 5G SA and the 5G UC icon have returned. They were missing in the last beta but this may have to wait for a new carrier settings update. Just asking though
 
Anybody knows if Lightning to Ethernet adapters are working on 15.1? Mine was working perfectly fine on latest iOS 14, but iOS 15.0 broke it, no DHCP settings on ethernet (and manual config doesn't seem to work either). Saw online it's a widespread issue (I'm not alone)... I have a 12 Pro.
 
Have they fixed (or changed their mind on) the Sidebar in landscape mode debacle in iPadOS?
