There never was a 9.7" iPad Pro so it's understandable ;)

You are mistaken there was indeed a 9.7inch iPad Pro I’m typing this message on one

I am unable to install on mine too, says unable to verify your not connected to the internet 🤨

Is creating Tab Groups on one device and seeing them on another supposed to work yet? I have Safari TP on my Mac and iOS 15b2 on my iPhone, and seem to be seeing nothing created on the iPhone on my Mac.

Imagine expecting apps to work on a developer beta you shouldn't really be installing on a device you rely on...

Imagine making assumptions that make you look stupid. Oh no, we don’t have to, as you’re the prime example. I’ve worked in testing for over 20 years. I don’t expect all apps to work on a beta. I would like them to, but that’s not the same as expecting, which you falsely are stating of my intent. Your username is quite apt.

Nope, it still crashes. HSBC is How Simple Becomes Complicated...
Ahhh guessed it would. It’s cos HSBC us using the archaic checking of the version of iOS. All the other banking apps got away from that a couple years ago, which is why they don’t have as many issues.

Did they tear it down? If not then what difference would that make to all-inclusive Apple?
Maybe because the priest it was named after is in the process of being canceled.

Is Safari back to normal, or is Apple still committed to the deeply flawed tabs on top, moving location bar, changing color window?

Microsoft in their worst days wouldn’t do this.
Floating location bar automatically locks into the bottom toolbar area upon loading.

Refreshing the page still requires either tapping to the top of the page then pull down OR tap the address bar, click "...", then Reload.

Color tab bar is a setting (Safari | Show Color in Tab Bar).

Video playback still broken on streaming video. If you use 15-second skip till the end of whatever is buffered, the video stops, and won't play, UNLESS you change playback speed, then it'll start up.

This was new I think in beta 2. Use Scribble on Apple Watch, and this pops up on the phone, just like it does with AppleTV.

Yup, playback on streaming apps is still messed up in this beta. I thought they’d fix it but still an issue.

Safari still looks god awful. I applaud them for trying new things but this is a miss. Should admit it and at least give users the option to go back to the older style.

Ahhh makes sense. The guy was on a pedestal for centuries and is now cancelled because some people don’t like him.

The better news is that there now jailbreaks for iOS14.5 that will allow you to install Cydia and turn off all of the pointless new rubbish that Apple is churning out.

Problem with the public betas are people (not all ) don’t report issues or bugs and when we get to the final release then people will complain it’s buggy.
Thats not always the case. I report bugs mainly in the initial betas. Not all gets fixed by the time of release.

I hate these notifications… some when you Haptic Touch on them don’t open and the ones that do open you can’t swipe down to clear it. These notifications are terrible.

What is Matter? Is that just CHoIP (aka zigbee replacement but really the same thing)?
Yeah, pretty much.
