Apple Seeds Second iOS 8.3 Beta to Developers

It's been up on the Dev portal a decent amount of time and I've never known this big a gap between the ipsw being hosted on the portal and the OTA prompt showing up.
Just wondering if anyone else had heard something. That ok by you?

maybe they aren't going to push an 8.3 beta OTA since there are still 8.2 beta's being worked on.

Pretty sure, you will find all fitness related data in the HEALTH app...
Actually he/she means this app- I'm pretty sure it will not come until the GM is released.

And yes, probably it will be in the GM of iOS 8.2

It doesn't work though, Siri keeps saying same "i'm sorry, could you repeat that please" over and over again with that electronic voice. Well, at least languages are supported now, may be in next beta it will work properly.

Siri in Dutch? FINALLY!!
Looking forward to talk to Siri in Dutch. I do speak English natively, but it's always handier to have Siri in your own language. Especially when you want to send a message, or when trying to contact people.
Looks like Apple finally sees how important it is to add that extra support. After all, the Apple Watch would be quite useless for those who don't speak any of the languages that Siri supports.
