Battery life since updating to beta 2 good so far. Reinstalled Facebook app this morning and it's drinking the battery getting rid of it till Facebook optimizes the app for iOS9.

Only issue I've had so far is on my iPad air 2. When reading mail in portrait mode and trying to go back to the list of emails sometimes it will freeze the app. I have to turn it landscape to get it to start responding again.

Battery life is significantly better.

Is anyone else's control center (swipe from bottom of screen menu) stop working but will work for a bit on resetting the phone?

So far IOS 9 beta 2 much better than beta 1. One bug i have seen in both is in "search". When searching by swiping down or to the far left my contacts are not being searched? As anyone else noticed this?

Sad to hear that, I had the same issue in beta 1 so I uninstalled it just because of that. I did thnik that it was going to be solved in this beta.

Simply because contacts couldn't be searched from the new proactive screen or spotlight? Something you use on that much of a frequent basis (and which could be done from within various apps as well)? Just curious.

I had that problem with beta 1, but now it's now working in beta 2.

I don't think so ("contacts couldn´t be searched...) because all my friends can search contacts with no problem at all in both (spotlight and search). So thatj must be a bug within the ipsw, I think.

So seems like it's working then.

Have been running iOS 9 bèta 2 for a while now and battery life indeed has been vastly improved. Still not at the same level as with iOS 8.3, but hey... It's a bèta. :)

Anyway, the biggest problem did encounter this morning. When I put on my Apple Watch I noticed it could not connect with my iPhone because of some reason. Restart didn't help, so I decided to completely wipe my Watch and reinstall it. But it then showed an error message saying that it couldn't setup the Watch.

I did a settings reset on my iPhone and afterwards I was able to setup the Apple Watch again properly. Was really relieved at that moment. I mean, I do know it's a bèta. But I didn't have this problem with bèta 1 (which I downgraded back to iOS 8.3 after a day because of the battery issues).

But you know, it all works now. iPhone 6 performs incredibly well. In fact, I think that settings reset was a good move. It's definitely smoother than before. And again, battery life is noticeable better which is the main reason I'll stick with bèta 2. :)

Only a few small things that are still yet to be improved. App switcher and Control Center for example do stutter a bit. But overall it works great!

Didn't experience the Apple Watch err thankfully but i am experiencing everything else; battery life is not just vastly improved---thats an underwhelming statment----my battery life ios 9 beta 1 at this time, which my phone has been on and active for 7 hours, was on 25%.

Today, same amount of active time, my phone is on 87%.

Not even comparable lol. Beta 2 in terms of battery is perfectly healthy, however the app switcher is a little glitchy randomly freezing on me.

Does any one is having problem with iCloud in this beta? I can´t enter in iCloud within "settings", it keeps telling me I can't conenect with the server.

When the "Go back to.." is in the top left hand corner, I wish we could swipe right on the screen to take us back to that app. That would have been a very handy feature for 6 Plus users

iPhone 6 here but yes that would be nice. For me the "back to app" tab upper left is broken. When I use it it just takes me to my homescreen (but without any apps present). I have to hit the home button to clear it which of course takes me to the correct home screen.

Please, please, any one with iCloud authentication problems? I can't activate anything within iCloud in settings, not in iOS 9 b2 nor 8.4 b4, any one else?

Thanks in advice.

That would get annoying fast. Sometimes swipe right would move to another app, and sometimes it would do whatever job is determined by the app (like going to a previous web page, or a higher level of a UINavigationController.

I personally love the "double tap" to pull up running programs. The screen looks more sleeker than before!

Still having issues with Siri activating when I don't want it. Sometimes the only way to get rid of it is to use the Sleep button instead of home.

Have a problem switched my mute button to rotation button on beta 1 and now beta 2 can't find it to switch it back to normal!! I phone 6 plus iOS 9 beta 2 !!

But this may conflict with some "back" gestures in some apps such as safari, and mail, unless apple changes the area of registering a "back" operation and a "back to previous app" operation in different areas.
