Apple Seeds Second Public Beta of macOS Mojave 10.14.4

why isn't the public beta 10.14.4 showing up for me in software update. I have installed the public beta access utility too. I have Mojave 10.14.3 (18D109) I guess I have to wait for final release as mentioned in the above post.

sigh, no joy after the 3rd public beta for my installation woe's final boot after login screen with inputed password goes into a black screen w apple icon to boot screen to....black screen to... you get the idea. I'm back to 14.3.
