Apple Seeds Third Beta of iOS 12 to Developers

Nope, the link has expired and is for premium members etc etc.
The initial one had a two week expiry which has come and gone and the reason why myself and the poster above cannot update to Dev beta 3.

It's usually the next day, but tomorrow is a holiday in the US. Maybe Thursday.

It often skips a build and it may not be out until the next developer build.

Guys I want to send some feedback to Apple about a possible glitch in the firmware. However, having read the blurb on the feedback app about Apple having access to my calendar and emails, I’m a little concerned. Would they be able to read my emails and calendar entries?

Did this fix photo albums not showing up for new imports for anyone?
If yes, did you do anything special to get them to show up?

Folders no longer import as albums. I imported my photos into the Photos app on the Mac creating albums there but that didn't work either.

For whatever reason TunnelBear doesn't want to work on third beta via Wi-Fi but easily connects with cellular
