Does anybody do a "reset all" after an update? Sometimes after an update, Siri can't find a contact in my contacts and after doing a reset all, entering new fingerprint etc Siri finds the contact? That happens to me a lot. Does anyone else have that issue?

Any word on if the stuttering is gone? I'm not updating unless it's equal to or better than 9.3.1

The 'stuttering' as it has been labelled is likely due to Apple using instrumented (or debug) binaries in the Beta. This lets them collect more internal logging than with stripped binaries (or retail) and thus you may see a slight lag in operating system usage.

If Apple is trying to narrow down a specific issue then they may release an entire debug build (with multiple instrumented binaries) so they can catch an offending problem.

I don't know how Apple works internally, but my guess is that they will test the final retail build in-house and then release it to the public.

They usually post a new beta every two weeks, not every week at least thats what they did for the 9.3.x betas
Ultimately they do it when they do it. Often it ends up being every couple of weeks, plenty of times that gets switched to once a week, and that also changes at times, as that pattern was't really there earlier in early iOS 8, for example, and wasn't necessarily the same in later versions as it is with various iOS 9 betas.

There is zero "stuttering" on my iPhone 6.

He probably means stuttering on the Plus iPhones, including the 6s Plus. They still aren't lag free in many aspects.

It has gotten better, but not quite as smooth as their smaller counterparts probably because of the resolution.

I just wish Apple would start updating the music app. I wish they would make their apps downloadable from the App Store so they can update without having to do a software update every time they want to improve their apps.

Hopefully this fixes the stuttering (if you say there's no stuttering, you're lying. I never complain about that stuff but it was so bad with beta 2)
I have the same stuttering as any other build. Don't notice it at all. Guess I'm lying.
[doublepost=1461702864][/doublepost]People who bitch about bugs persisting from one build to the next can't be.developers. Or they're amateur developers. Either way it's not about making the experience more pleasant for you until it reaches GM or final release.

So please explain to me why did they release a public beta that installs a freaking "feedback" app on the home screen?

Rumor: Tomorrow they'll release it for Public Beta testers and MR will post another article for page clicks instead of simply updating this one.

Am I an analyst yet?

We don't really release separate articles for page clicks. We do it because tomorrow, this one will be largely out of sight and out of mind.

Thanks for providing an "official" explanation, Juli— I actually do appreciate it despite being a bit tongue-in-cheek on my original post. I see that you guys sometimes go back and update titles / articles to say "[Update: ...]" then other times an update results in a second article, so wasn't quite sure what the mindset was for why some get a second article posted while others don't.

It generally has to do with the importance of the update, the time since the original post was written, where it's positioned, and whether the news is significant enough to warrant a separate post. We have no set rule, but these are the kinds of loose guidelines we work with when making update decisions.

With something like the iOS 9.3.2 public beta, it's coming a good 24 hours after the developer beta, and it's of interest to public beta testers who might not see the news if we just did an update to a day-old post. With the Beyonce post you mentioned, it wasn't something we'd cover again in such a short timespan and it wasn't quite important news because the original post mentioned the time of the release.

We are aware it can get noisy dealing with four separate operating systems and both developer and public betas, so we've been trying to adjust the way we deal with beta posts. You may have noticed that we've transitioned some to the iOS and Mac blogs to cut down on front page posts for minor updates. For developer betas and public betas, I think our general feeling is that there are enough public beta testers to warrant a second post.

Many reports of Bluetooth issues both on iphone SE and iphone 5S in ios 9.3.1. Cannot pair with Garmin devices, cannot pair with bluetooth headphones or hands free, distorted audio with car bluetooth systems.

Hope this update fixes those.

No Betas for me any more, ill have learned my lesson with the previous beta's and the 'weblink' problem and more.
9.3 was oke, now it's still a mess. Its looks like they lose focus.
