Apple Seeds Third Beta of iOS 9.3 to Developers

Very angry still can't use the pencil to scroll on 9.3 beta, let us use the pencil how we want

Absolutely ridiculous that they are taking this away after months of letting us use it in this manner. I have sent multiple emails/feedback tickets expressing my frustration I think anyone who feels the same should also to make them aware its a bad idea removing this feature

Hopefully when they realise people aren't happy they will bring it back. Where did you complain? Is there a certain place or just apple support?

if you are on a (public) beta, there is an app called feedback. Use that to complain.

How do you go from 9.3 beta to 9.2? Can you downgrade it?

Remove the profile in settings, then restore it with iTunes and an ISPW file, or something like that. It's not that difficult/complicated. I've done it a few times now because of the scrolling issue.
I think Apple has the complete procedure online. Otherwise search is your friend

Yes that's exactly where I sent my complaints. I also copied/pasted it into the the apple.com store feedback section for iPad. https://www.apple.com/feedback/ipad.html

I then copied/pasted it into an email to tcook@apple.com like someone suggested in another thread can't hurt.

It seems to work well. Audio quality is much clearer than cellular. I noticed it turns itself on only when the cellular signal drops to two dots or less. The title bar says "VZW Wi-Fi" when it's on.

On the other hand, I'm glad they're having the pencil do specific things and not acting like another hand/finger.

Why can't Apple give us the option to watch podcasts in fullscreen on iPad? Instead 1/3 of the screen is white. Nightshift can't improve this! Nightshift is useless in this case!
