Apple Seeds Third Beta of macOS 12 Monterey to Developers

For those of us on a now unsupported late 2013 MacBook Pro this beta actually seems to work (to the point of being able to log in, still not tested much beyond that) in VMware Fusion, having just upgraded my Mojave vm. Betas 1 and 2 booted to an unusable black screen after the upgrade.
 
In Messages, the "End," "Page Up" and "Page Down" buttons on my MBA's Magic Keyboard don't navigate the window but instead show up as "⍰" unknown characters!

I encounter a strange issue trying to upgrade from Beta 2 to Beta 3. The update is downloaded successfully, the mac reboots but it seems it encounters an issue during the reboot and once I'm logged again, macOS offers me the update again.
Any idea?
